This report is a users guide for a computerized mathematical model development in support of the Aircraft Undersea Sound Experiment AUSEX Program. The AUSEX Program is funded and directed by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency DARPA. The subject mathematical model is termed the AUSEX Acoustic Propagation Model and it describes the acoustic propagation from a moving sound source in air, to and across a rough air-water interface, and subsequently through the water to an arbitrarily located point-acoustic receiver. This report describes the computer program architecture and the input and output data associated with the programs use. Two examples of the programs application are included. In addition, the complete program listing for the Fortran IV coding is included.
