Abstract:

The Computer program is intended for use in developing independent Estimates at Completion EACs for ongoing projectsprograms. The information contained in this paper is intended to provide the program user a set of simplified key punch instructions. These instructions plus a minimum knowledge of Fortran would enable the user to input the program.
