In this part of the report, a position estimation algorithm for a moving target intensity signal corrupted by spatially correlated Gaussian noise is derived. The results in this report are extensions of those obtained in Part I which deals with a stationary target signal corrupted by white Gaussian noise. Monte Carlo simulation results are presented for both the stationary target case and the moving target case. Author
