Abstract:

The theme of the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences this year was Computer Networks. The subject attracted participants interested in both domestic and international computer networks. The subconference on Computer Networks held during the conference established the groundwork for cooperative efforts in the application of new technologies for educational computer networks. The following topics concerning computer networks were considered Analysis and evaluation, architecture, status report for the Pacific, satellite data communications, technical questions, resource utilization, and interconnections.
