Abstract:

The sync tester is part of the Navigation, Tracking, and CommunicationsNTC System located at Naval Surface Weapons Center Test Facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. When properly connected, the sync tester displays the range error caused by a drift in synchronization circuits of various portable NTC range readers, beacons, and tracking pingers. This report covers the operation instructions and circuit diagrams of the sync tester.
