Abstract:

This document is the final report of a study of current Navy operating system milieu. It includes information about Naval tactical computer applications, and in particular, information on the major executives used in these applications. Analysis and evaluations of the various operating systems are presented together with implications that these systems have on the design of a family of operating systems for future Navy tactical systems.
