Abstract:

A system is known for extinguishing seismic waves, which arise for example during an explosion, which is designed in the form of a chain of holes filled with porous material. The purpose of the invention is to raise the effectiveness of the extinguishing of seismic and surface waves. Blast holes are arranged in rows staggered around the source of the formation of seismic waves and the mouths of the holes are made with widened funnels.
