Abstract:
The aim of this report has been to explain the absolute necessity of physical exercise in preserving the efficiency of pilots. The technic and regimen of the possible exercises have been explained in detail, and brief mention has been made of the possibility of a rehabilitation program such as the one currently meeting with success in Germany. The suggested training recommendations should place the flight surgeon in a position to control the efficiency rate and to cut efficiency loss through instituting the appropriate exercises.
