In this report, the author discusses the effect of slewing on the temporal frequency spectrum of the scintillations of a laser beam propagating through a turbulent medium. It is assumed that the turbulent medium is characterized by the index of refraction nr,t 1 n sub 1r,t, where the fluctuation n sub 1 is much 1. It is further assumed that n sub 1 varies sufficiently slowing in comparison with the time required for the signal transversal.
