A FORTRAN computer program is developed to predict the unsteady airloads on a single oscillating rotor blade in hover using the numerical lifting surface technique developed by Rao and Jones. A listing of the program is given as well as typical results for the aerodynamic derivatives for a range of Mach number, wake spacing, and frequency ratio. The aerodynamic derivatives are calculated with respect to the mid-chord position and may be referred to any other reference axis by a transformation also given in the report.
