Determining Isentropes of Expansion in Substances after Shock Compression,
FOREIGN TECHNOLOGY DIV WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB OHIO
Pagination or Media Count:
The results of measurements and calculations are shown where a comparison is given between the dynamic adiabats and the isentropes obtained for teflon A, paraffin B and ice C. The isentropes and shock adiabats correspond within significant pressure intervals. Significant divergence is observed only at low pressures.
