All of the major results of this research have now appeared in the open literature. The definitive works on diffusion in the Pb-salts and on high field transport have been done under this contract. A new crystal growth technique for the lead-tin chalcogenides has also been developed. In this final technical report the publications, papers, these and reports produced under this contract and the personnel associated with it and degrees granted to students as a result of it are presented.
