Abstract:

At the present time the mechanisms of allergic reactions produced by drugs are attracting the attention of many investigators. The large variations in allergic reactions and diseases produced by different drugs force one to assume the existence of different mechanisms of development for separate forms of drug allergy. The report discusses the various mechanisms of development.
