Abstract:

A 12-month program was conducted to collect and analyze reliability data on nonelectronic components and materials in the dormant mode. Approximately 170 billion part-hours of dormant data were collected on approximately 90 different componentpart types. This report contains a complete listing by componentpart type of the data collected and the resulting dormant failure rates.
