Abstract:

A collapsible packing box with hinged sides and ends is described and illustrated. The sides and ends are fastened together in a tongue and groove and with rods going through vertical openings. The top platforms fold down onto the sides in a similar tongue and groove arrangement. The box is collapsed by folding back the tops and ends, folding the sides onto the bottom and the tops and ends onto the sides.
