Abstract:
1-Decanoyl-4-methylpiperazine AI3-36250-Ga, 4-6-Methyl-3-cyclohexenecarbonyl morpholine AI3-36258-Ga, 4-2-Methylcyclohexanecarbonylmorpholine AI3-36260, and 1-Decanoyl-1,3,4,6-tetrahydropyridine AI3-36307-Ga, which are insect repellents were evaluated on New Zealand White rabbits for their potential to cause skin irritation. The data obtained serve as a basis for making a recommendation concerning their potential use on humans. This recommendation is intended only for guidance in further entomological testing of these compounds.
