This report presents the results of an investigation into the effect of uncertainties in both initial conditions and model assumptions on fallout characteristics. The DELFIC code was used to provide baseline predictions. Among the specific areas considered are cloud rise, spatial distribution of dust, fractionation, dust size distribution, neutron activation, height-of-burst effects, and burst parameter uncertainties.
