This Functional Description SPM discusses the feasibility of augmenting the Quick-Reacting War Gaming System QUICK with additional nuclear effects and fratricide avoidance representations and describes the necessary program design and associated program logic required for implementation. Implementation of the proposed augmented capabilities will considerably improve the results obtained from QUICK, since the added capabilities will account for critical factors not now considered in operational versions of QUICK.
