Abstract:

Alongside toxic reactions to stings of a great number of insects bees, wasps the author observed immediate reactions to the stings of one to two insects in 2 of the population. These reactions differed from toxic ones in their symptomatics and by the degree of severity of clinical manifestations they can be divided into mild, moderate and severe general allergic reactions. There are two stages in their treatment emergency aid for elimination of an acute allergic reaction and prophylactic treatment--specific for hypersensitization by the revealed allergen, which is administered after appropriate allergological examination.
