Abstract:

The component, propelled to a speed up to 300 meters a second and with more pressure from the impulse magnetic field, collides with another immovable component and a simple bond is formed between the contact surface, analogous to the bonds in basic metals. By this method it is possible to form connections between pipes with varying wall thicknesses, pipes with cylindrical rods and flanges since the thickness of cast components may be from 22 to 4 millimeters with a diameter from 8 to 200mm and with the immovable an unlimited wall thickness may exist.
