Presented are the results of the comparative study of allergy to a tubercular antigen and the immunologic reactions of the organism during infection by tubercular mycobacteria of the human-, bull-, and poultry-type and by Phlei mycobacteria. The investigation is conducted with 34 dogs. Contamination was conducted intrapulmonarily with 0.0002 mgkg. The strains were obtained from the Institute of Tuberculosis of the Academy of Medical Sciences, USSR. Cultures were grown on the Pavlovsky medium for three weeks.
