The article considers a uniform gas flow containing fine particles of solid material which impinges on a thin symmetrical airfoil. It is shown that to solve the problem of multivelocity flow past slender bodies a relation for the pressure as a function of the mean mixture density derived for single-velocity motion may be employed.
