Abstract:

At present the necessity for a comprehensive discussion of the basic developmental trends of contemporary allergology in dermatology is imminent. The primary problems are the following the development of classification of allergic dermatoses research on the role of allergic and toxic components in the development of allergic reaction the genetic aspects of allergy endocrinological damage, including a change in the functions of the thyroid, parathyroid and thymus drug allergy the problem of directed influence on immunogenesis in allergic dermatosis the problem of skin as a barrier questions of histaglobin-, serotonin- and bradikinin-therapy.
