Abstract:
The comparative analysis of the amino acids in the composition of the bacterial cells of Br. abortus, Br. melitensis and of the mycobacteria of Dtts tuberculosis, and of the allergens separated from them showed that they consist of the same amino acids, namely alpha-alanine, leucine, valine, glycine, phenylalanine, tyrosine, tryptophane, proline, asparitic acid, glutamic acid, threonine, serine, methionine, cystine, arginine and lysine.
