Abstract:
The purpose was to study the specific composition of the fungus flora of room dust and to determine its allergenic properties. The dust in living quarters, classrooms, and cinemas contained spores of Cladosporium, Penicillium, Aspergillus, Mucorales, Candida, and Alternaria fungi. Room dust causes the sensitization of the organism of the experimental animals, which give a positive skin reaction with allergens obtained from saprophytic fungi.
