Abstract:

Final report describes 4 different projects undertaken during this grant. These include High average power difference frequency generation in PPLN periodically poled lithium niobate, Near infrared Raman fibre laser systems, CSP CdSiP2 mid-wave optical parametric amplifiers pumped by Raman fibre systems, and Novel parametric seeding architectures cascaded four and three wave mixing.
