Abstract:

In a letter dated February 17, 1988, Representative Larry J. Hopkins requested us to review DODS joint major defense acquisition programs. We were asked to provide information regarding the status of joint major programs, address questions concerning MOAS, and determine OSDS role in joint efforts and whether that role should be strengthened.
