Abstract:

The Enterprise Learner Record Repository ELRR Prototype report details the project design and development activities associated with building the prototype ELRR capability. The ELRR capability is designed to be a a repository composed of local learner profiles that contain data from a diverse set of records, and can be used to follow a service member or DoD civilian throughout their career to optimize their career development.
