Abstract:

On July 24, 1986, we testified at a hearing held by the Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, House Committee on Energy and Commerce, on the Lockheed Corporations control of classified documents for a special access program. Our testimony focused on 1 Lockheeds poor document-control system over classified special access documents, 2 the Department of Defense DOD program offices ineffective oversight over document control, and 3 the control and oversight provided Lockheeds regularly classified programs.
