Abstract:

AF CyberWorx hosted a design event 23-25 January 2019 with 40 military and industry participants to focus on attracting, managing, rewarding, and retaining cyber talent in the US Air Force. Proposals worked to address the need to correct many underlying issues the Air Force faces in developing better cyber talent management.
