The Warrior Injury Assessment Manikin WIAMan Program conducted 57 whole-body postmortem human subject PMHS tests to characterize biomechanical response under simulated under-body blast. This report details the tests that were conducted and the data collected for each test, as well as an initial analysis of the trends observed across tests. Results discussed include the effects of padding, seat pulse, and pelvis response on pelvisspine injury the relationship between floor loads and pulse duration on foot and ankle injuries and the mechanism of femur fracture.
