Abstract:

This report documents accomplishment of the following tasks Completed recruitment of active recruitment, follow-up appointments, and the no-cost extension. As of June 2019, 131 participants were assessed for eligibility, 56 participants were consentedrandomized, 50 received the allocated intervention, and 18 completed treatment.
