Abstract:
The overall goal of the program is to push towards the ultimate limits for information density and energy per bit in on-chip information processing, through innovations in aperiodic silicon nanophotonic structures. Towards this goal we pursued experimental, computational, and theoretical explorations of aperiodic photonic structures.
