Abstract:

In the past year, we have made substantial progress in the projects goals. We have set up a system described below to interrogate gastric cancer cells with ATR and PARP inhibitors. This screening platform is now up and running and we are prosecuting preliminary hits. Over the next year, we will validate hits generated here and further the interrogation of clinical samples.
