The primary aims of this study were to evaluate associations between ovarian cancer recurrence and physical activity, healthy diet, vitamin D exposure, smoking, and alcohol intake, and to estimate prevalence of participation in these lifestyle behaviors among ovarian cancer survivors. Recruitment was completed in February 2018, second interviews in June 2018, and medical chart review for outcomes in August 2018. An analysis of the prevalence of meeting physical activity recommendations and determinants of physical activity participation has been completed. We observed that 42 percent of survivors met physical activity guidelines of participating in 150 minutesweek of moderate activity. Most of the activity was from the housework domain. Among those who met guidelines, recreational activity was also important. The strongest determinant of meeting guidelines was being employed. Preliminary analyses between these lifestyle behaviors in relation to quality of life have commenced.
