Dynamic force measurement methodologies were developed for potential use in AEDCs Hypervelocity Tunnel No. 9. They are the Time Domain Deconvolution Method TDDM, Frequency Domain Inverse Method FDIM and Sum of Weighted Acceleration Technique SWAT. The effectiveness of each method was validated both on numerical spring-mass-damper systems as well as on a test article in the Balance Calibration Laboratory at Tunnel 9.
