Abstract:

Here, we report on NRL analysis of data collected during independent evaluation of a prototype reflectance sensing device version 2.08and the device associated algorithms. The presented evaluation uses variations within the applied algorithm as well as a manual approach. Discussion of target identification based on these results is also offered.
