Neostrategy How to Win in the Age of Complexity makes two bold claims. First, the world is now in the midst of a new age, the Age of Complexity. Second, to survive and win in this Age of Complexity requires a new paradigm neostrategy. The fundamental difference between strategy and neostrategy is the awareness of complexity and its ramifications. Whereas strategy, and strategists, are complexity nave neostrategy, and neostrategists, are complexity aware. The difference is significant and revolutionary. As explained herein, the old paradigm of strategy is dangerously insufficient and ineffective when coping with complex systems and complex problems. As such, this research paper introduces a new paradigm--neostrategy--as a necessity to survive and win in the future international security environment. In turn and in time, neostrategy will replace strategy as the new, more effective paradigm for understanding and winning wars in the 21st century.
