Abstract:

During this funding period we focused on generating the mouse models that will enable achieve the goals of the proposed research. The aim of this project is to identify genes and pathways in ovarian stem cells and in transformed ovarian cells affected by obesity that lead to ovarian cancer initiation and progression.
