Gender Differences in Sleep Disorders in Military Personnel
59th Medical Wing San Antonio United States
Pagination or Media Count:
Active duty service members are susceptible to disturbed sleep and sleep disorders. While there are many studies characterizing sleep disorders in this population, these studies have a large male predominance in their cohorts. Gender differences in sleep in the general population are well established, but there is a paucity of data on female ADSM. The purpose of this study is to compare sleep disorders between genders in the active duty population.
