Abstract:
The new millable ceramicpolymer block materials reportedly are easily repaired with traditional composite-resin restorative materials. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the microtensile bond strength of restorative Filtek Supreme Ultra, 3MESPE and laboratorySinfony, 3MESPE composites to ceramicpolymer materials Lava Ultimate, 3MESPEEnamic, Vita utilizing two surface treatments hydrofluoric acid HFsilane or tribochemical coating. All blocks were bonded with Scotchbond Universal Adhesive 3MESPE and veneered with either Filtek Supreme Ultra or Sinfony composite resin.
