Abstract:
The purpose of this project is to operationalize and measure the Cognitive Agility levels of military decision makers in order to support the Armys line-of-effort LOE of Cognitive Dominance. The research team creates a human cognitive experiment using psychological tests and a military decision computer game called Make Goal to attempt to measure cognitive agility in military leaders. The experiment is conducted on 40 Naval Postgraduate School NPS students. Performance and eye-tracking data is collected and analyzed by two NPS thesis students. This document discusses the experimental design and the results from one of those theses.
