Abstract:

To determine the efficacy of self-treatment with Pulsed Electromagnetic FrequencyPEMF therapy, delivered via the BiomodulatorTM, in reducing chronic low back pain LBP symptoms and analgesic use in military service members SMs when compared to usual care UC alone. Secondarily, to determine whether treatment produces variability in secondary biopsychosocial variables often associated with chronic pain.
