This report documents the objectives, technologies, methods, and results of a SustainabilityLogistics-Basing Science and Technology Objective Demonstration SLB-STO-D at the Contingency Basing Integration and Technology Evaluation Center CBITEC, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The goal of the SLB-STO-D is to demonstrate emerging materiel solution technologies and associated non-materiel solutions that can reduce the need for fuel resupply by 25 , for water resupply by 75 , and for waste removal by 50 , while maintaining or improving the quality of life at expeditionary base camps. The SLB-STO-D is using modeling and simulation, closely integrated with field demonstrations, to show fuel, water, and waste savings attributed to these technologies. Technologies demonstrated at CBITEC include Modular Appliances for Configurable Kitchens MACK, Desert Environment Sustainable Efficient Refrigeration Technology DESERT, Real Time Inline Diagnostic Technology for Water Monitoring WATERMON, Wastewater Treatment WWT-Bio, Power Shade Cost Reduction PSHADE, Energy Informed Operations EIO-C, Deployable Metering and Monitoring System DMMS, Hybrid Power Trailer HPT, and Structural Insulated Panel Hut SIP-Hut.
