Abstract:
The research investigates on design and characterizations of raspberry shaped nanostructures for flexible magneto dielectric composites. These structures improve the saturation magnetization substantially compared to conventional magnetic nanoparticles by their collective oriented organization in a single nanostructure. As a result, the structures can be used developing materials with high permeability MU, permittivity epsilon and minimal dielectric and magnetic loss tan delta. These materials are appealing for the development of microwave communications devices that can operate at higher than 1GHz.
