Abstract:
Marine Corps commanders inherently understand how timely and actionable information and intelligence enhances decision-making across their range of military operations. Though there are subject matter experts SMEs within commands and organizations who are trained and tasked to achieve this end, there is a lack of standardization - from the tactical to the strategic level - with integrating and employing information-related capabilities and these SMEs. This paper provides commanders with insights to bridge this gap and maintain a competitive edge in the Information Age.
