Abstract:

Objective We reviewed Defense Contract Audit Agency DCAA San Fernando Valley Branch Office Branch Office Santa Barbara Suboffice Suboffice audit documentation for 19 audit assignments and 1 paid voucher review identified by the complainant in the allegations. During the review, we visited the Suboffice and interviewed the complainant, auditors, supervisors, and managers to assess whether the problems identified concerning the performanceof audit work existed.
