Abstract:
A program manager is responsible for not only ensuring that his or her office delivers a product in an efficient manner, but also that the product meets the receiving unit needs and that the users of the product are comprehensively trained on how to use it. The program office coordinates the flow of equipment, training resources, and the users new equipment training schedule. These responsibilities arise during the production and development phase of a product.
