DCMA is responsible for the administration of about 324,000 contracts with unliquidated obligations of more than 180 billion awarded to more than 17,000 contractors. DCMA accepts approximately 750,000 shipments of supplies and some 1,200 aircraft each year in addition to managing over 100 billion of government property and administering about32 billion of contract financial payments each year.
