Abstract:
We are in the 4rd year of our research program into the immunogenetics and drug exposure factors that contribute to chronic pain following spinal cord injury. Recruitment for Study 1 has continued to be slow and Study 2 has been deemed to be nonviable because of unavailability of patients. However, we have continued to progress with the expansion of Study 1 recruitment sites by broadening our collaborative network. Owing to the delay in recruitment an extension without funds request has recently been submitted as has a revised statement of work.
